Welcome to the International Media Festival of Wales (IMF of Wales).
This is a brand new festival created by the team behind the highly successful BAFTA British Short Film Competition and BAFTA Cymru qualifying Carmarthen Bay Film Festival.
Our aim is to celebrate the very best of today's content creators, programme and media makers and media-related and documentary photography and writing talent here in Wales and from around the world.
It is our hope that the IMF of Wales will provide an ideal opportunity to network and rub shoulders with the right people, the ones that matter—experienced practitioners and educators in their field. These people know what they're talking about.
IMFW aim's to showcase the very best of today's content creators, programme and media makers, media related and documentary photography and writing talent here in Wales and from around the world.

The International Media Festivalof Wales is brought to you by the Carmarthen Bay Film Festival. A team withover twelve years experience running film festivals and a passion for independentmedia.
From our first festival in 2012, we have gone from 35 submissions to well over 800 from over 64 different countries from around the world. Not only have thesubmissions increased over the years, but the number of filmmakers and festivalpatrons attending has as well.
We have had filmmakers flying in from the US, Australia, Holland, Italy, Franceand many parts of the UK.
